Allers Associates Architects, PC was established in 1979 by President, Terry L. Allers and since that time has successfully designed over 1,800 projects across Iowa.

Our firm's employees have a broad range of expertise and experience in all areas of architectural practice. Our current staff includes five design professionals and two administrative staff, with over 85 years of combined experience. The growth and success of Allers Associates Architects, PC can be attributed to the diversity of the staff, the family atmosphere within the organization and our team approach to organization and communication within the firm.
The firm has experienced a great deal of success in obtaining interested bidders for projects. Contractors are interested in bidding our projects because they are familiar with the quality of the contract documents and feel comfortable with the firm with regard to the construction administration phase of the project. During the bidding phase a pre-bid conference is conducted with the prospective bidders well in advance of the bid opening date in order to encourage dialogue with the contractors about the project. After bidding, a preconstruction conference with the successful contractor is conducted and regular progress meetings are held in order to build a team relationship with the Contractor and the Owner and to facilitate successful completion of the project.
